Glendenning Mortgage Corporation was incorporated on September 12, 1989 by founding president; John N. Hale. By the early 1990’s the firm had successfully established a statewide presence and distinguished itself by becoming the top volume originator in Ocean County in 1993. In 2002, Hale, appointed James Anzano, CPA, as Glendenning Mortgage Corporation’s new President and as partners, they began transforming the firm into a state-of-the-industry, self-contained, direct lending platform.
